Hi there,
After running the first Finding Meaning in Work workshop in March, I wanted to open up another one for April.
The first session confirmed something I had suspected for a while: a lot of people are carrying important questions about work, but rarely get the time or structure to really sit with them.
Questions like:
Is this work still mine?
What is it all in service of?
Have I built something that fits me, or just something I’ve learned to do well?
This workshop is a place to work on those questions properly.
It is not career advice. It is not networking. It is not a productivity session.
It is a small-group workshop for people who want to step back and think more honestly about their relationship with work, with some structure around them.
Across the afternoon, you’ll be guided through prompts, writing exercises, reflection, and discussion designed to help you get clearer on:
what feels aligned in your work and what doesn’t
the values and experiences shaping your choices
the difference between job, career, and calling
what kind of work feels more fully your own
You’ll leave with a workbook full of notes, a personal manifesto, and clearer bearings: a better sense of who you are, what matters to you, and how to move toward work that fits.
After the last workshop, one participant, Bala said:
“The workshop helped me connect my values, my passions, and the work I do. I left still asking deeper questions about why I work and whether it feeds my soul.”
