Hello friends,

It’s December 5, the end of the year, and if you’re anything like me you’re probably feeling a mixture of tiredness, exhilaration, and maybe even a little regret. It’s been a big year. A full one. And before we all slip into holiday mode, I wanted to send a short note instead of the usual weekly deep dive.

This will be my final post for 2025 as I head of on holidays in a couple of days. I’ll be back in your inbox in January.

Mostly, I want to say thank you.

Thank you for reading my weekly yammering, for letting these ideas into your work and your life, and especially to those who’ve written back to say something resonated. Those messages mean more than you know.

We have a lot planned for 2026, and I’m excited to share it with you when we return.

But for now: I wish you a joyous festive season, a Merry Christmas if you celebrate, and, above all, a break that leaves you rested, restored, and ready for whatever comes next.
