Hi there,
Registrations are open for the next Finding Meaning in Work workshop on Saturday 30th May.
I’ve run a couple of these workshops now and what I’ve noticed is that most people who come are doing fine. They have jobs. Careers. Responsibilities. They function well. From the outside, things often look completely normal.
But somewhere along the way, a question starts showing up. You work hard. You become competent. Opportunities arrive.
Then one day you realise you have spent years climbing and have not stopped to ask whether the ladder is leaning against the right wall.
Or maybe you already know something feels off.
You feel flat on Sunday evenings.
You keep thinking about a different path.
You cannot tell whether you need a new job, a different company, or something deeper.
You tell yourself you’ll think about it later.
Most people do.
This workshop exists because these questions rarely solve themselves while you are racing between meetings and deadlines.
For four hours, we step out of the noise and examine the question properly.
We work through guided exercises, writing prompts and discussion to help make sense of where you are, what keeps resurfacing, and what work is asking of you now.
People often leave with clearer language around something they have felt for years but struggled to articulate.
